the location is great with nearby tube access and a short walk to the albert hall. the staff were friendly and helpful with any requests i had. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room (which is always a good thing!).

my room was quite a distance from the lift. it made accessing my room with luggage a bit inconvenient. i wish there were rooms closer to the lift (maybe next time i will ask!).

great service many choices convenient location fresh ingredients

The staff provided great service throughout my visit! the breakfast included many choices and fresh ingredients. i particularly enjoyed the linguine pasta at the restaurant. It was delicious, especially paired with malbec. the location is very convenient, right next to gloucester road tube station, so i could travel easily.

the nespresso station only included a few coffee pods, somewhat limiting.

the location was definitely a highlight. it was very close to the tube station (i think it was a short walk!) and some interesting museums. the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly during breakfast.

the room i had felt a bit dated. i noticed some wear and tear on the carpet and paint (it seemed like it could use a refresh). also, i found the bathroom to be quite small, a little inconvenient.

the location near gloucester road tube station proved convenient. i also found the foyer neatly presented and aesthetically appealing. staff held my luggage after checkout at no charge. inside the room, i noticed it was comfy and cozy.

The room was mostly clean. there was a spot of dust under the bed i noticed.

excellent location tube station ground floor room third floor room

i was charmed by the excellent location. the tube station nearby made getting around simple. i also appreciated the many lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance.

I booked two rooms months in advance. i wrongly assumed they would be near each other. one was on the ground floor and the other on the third. No attempt was made to change this.
